Managed IT

Support

The most basic building block of a successful IT strategy is reliable support. It’s not just putting out fires — it’s an early warning system for security issues or other possible disruptions that could affect your operations, it’s where we spot opportunities to train your staff and improve their productivity, and it’s the public face of our company to most of your team. It’s where trust is built and relationships are forged. When your people need help, they’ll know how to get in touch with us, and they can expect quick and personable service in line with our values.

Strategy & Advice

“We’re planning to make WFH a permanent part of our culture. How do we make this work?”
“How do we secure our systems and make sure things keep running in a disaster?”
“How do we budget for IT over the next three years?”

We handle these questions and more during regular strategy sessions with our managed IT clients. We’ll meet on a quarterly or bi-annual basis to review of the overall health of your IT footprint, discuss any recent issues that need follow-up, and plan for the future.

Projects

Out of the strategy sessions comes a road-map of planned improvements, large and small. We’ll develop a timeline and scope for each one so you can budget and prepare your team for the changes, and you’ll always know what’s around the corner. This cycle keeps your business ahead of the competition as technology advances and becomes cheaper and more accessible.

Some examples of recent projects we’ve worked on:

  • Moving from legacy in-house servers to Azure Virtual Desktop

  • Moving from Dropbox Business to Microsoft Teams & SharePoint

  • Helping a client merge with another company and consolidate their IT operations

How We Work

Month-to-Month, No Contracts

We’ll earn your business every month and you can leave any time without penalties or extra fees. We know our approach works and produces happy clients and great results, and that’s all the lock-in we need.

Support by Email, Phone, or Appointment

When your team needs help, they can reach out to us by email or phone for a quick response, or use our scheduling system to book an appointment at a time that’s convenient for them.

Trust & Transparency

There’s perhaps no higher level of trust in a company than with the IT department. We take that privilege extremely seriously and adhere to strict policies to maintain confidentiality and privacy for your leadership team and your staff.

At the same time, we strive to be transparent in how we work with your team and manage your network. You’ll always have control over the critical services that drive your business, and important accounts are kept in your company’s name, not ours. In the event you decide to leave, we’ll be happy to assist with the transition to another provider, and you’ll never need to worry that something important will stop working down the road.

Fair & Reasonable Billing

We don’t bill for every single minute we spend on something that’s out of scope, and we don’t watch the clock constantly, but we do charge a fair price for our time and expertise. Our billing is intended to be fair and reasonable and a bill should never be a surprise, because we’ve already agreed on it in advance.
