We’re looking for a Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support to our growing client base and assist with projects.

Our team is scattered across North America, and our clients’ operations span most of the U.S. We support them wherever they go, and we can tap our network of local resources when something needs smart hands on-site.

WFH Since Before It Was Cool

We’ve been full-time remote since 2016, and we know what it takes to make the WFH lifestyle compatible with providing great IT support for our clients. We’ve intentionally avoided many of the tools and practices of our peers because they’re not conducive to our goals of minimizing interruptions and giving our people time and space to slow down, be thoughtful, and do their best work.

Great Clients

Most of our work is with managed IT services clients who are on a flat-fee agreement with us. We also support several small businesses on a time-and-materials basis, and have worked with them for many years.

We're selective about the clients we take on, and we're very cautious about ensuring they’re a good fit and align with our values. As a result, our clients are super nice people, very appreciative of what we do, and very patient with us. We treat them fairly and with respect and empathy, and they reciprocate.
